Born and raised in El Monte, California, Amy Wong currently works at Day One, activating public health initiatives in her hometown. She also volunteers for BikeSGV, the leading bicycle advocacy organization in the San Gabriel Valley region, and is a graduate of the San Gabriel Mountains Forever Leadership Academy. She studied molecular biology and environmental health at UC Berkeley, and is passionate about the intersectionality of public health and environmental justice.
