A while back, I wrote about the announcement of the Spirit of the Mountains Contest – a photo-contest for the Santa Monica Mountains, with winners being published in the official newsletter of the Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area, OUTDOORS.

Well, the contest is officially on – and the park service is accepting entries through the end of October. To refresh your memory on the rules, read my previous entry, or just go straight to the contest web site.
