Tomorrow is the Summer Solstice, the longest day of the year — so be sure to get outside and enjoy it!

Also, be sure to stay cool. We’re in a heat wave, people! Bring extra water, cover up with a hat and wicking long sleeves, and don’t hike too hard.

As for me, I’m either going to try my hand at a shaded canyon stream hike … or maybe just go to the beach.
