I just got a robocall from a local retailer, informing me that CLIF Bar had instated a voluntary recall of some of the bars I’d bought.

I usually don’t panic about this stuff, and I’m not right now, but CLIF is doing the right thing and posted a comprehensive list of all of the potentially effected products in an easy-to-read web site. It looks like they may even be offering some refunds to customers, which is pretty awesome.

If you do have some of the recalled bars, CLIF urges you to destroy the food so no one accidentally eats it, and keep a hold of the expiration date stamps on the packaging, just in case.
