Every once in a while, I stumble across some amazing examples of outdoor photography and just have to share them with the rest of ya.

Today, I came upon Brandon Riza‘s photo site, which features unbelievable panoramas and macros of beautiful outdoor scenes. Most of them also have the distinction of being California natives, like this shot from Big Pine Lakes Basin:

While you can’t zoom in on any of his pictures, Brandon has taken the liberty of posting the GPS coordinates and elevations for each of his images, which should give data junkies something to munch on while also inspiring all of us to dust off our backpacking gear.
