A winter storm is due to roll into Southern California tonight, and with it comes the region’s first chance at decent accumulation of snow. In anticipation of the event, the Angeles National Forest will be closing Upper Big Tujunga Canyon Road from the Angeles Forest Highway to the Angeles Crest Highway starting tonight at 10PM.
Snow levels will be between 6 and 7000 feet tonight and drop down to 4-5000 feet on Thursday. Meteorologists are predicting between 3 and 6 inches of snow in the mountains.
