Steve Berardi is a fellow SoCal hiking blogger whose work I’ve been reading for a few years now. In addition to being addicted to the outdoors, Steve is a fantastic photographer, and his site PhotoNaturalist is jam-packed with great shots and helpful tips on making your own photos look as good as his.
Steve just updated his free eBook “13 Tips for Wildflower Photography” just in time for you to get a few practice rounds in before those desert blooms start popping up. The PDF file covers everything from how to deal with a breezy day to the best time to take pictures and instructions for making a cheap and easy light diffuser.
If you’re at all interested in upping your outdoor photography, this eBook is definitely worth a read.
