OK … not necessarily a hiking story per se … but I’m willing to bet that statistically, if you’re a hiker or outdoorsperson of any stripe, you love yourself some craft microbrews. Especially if you live in the West, where we’ve got an amazing selection of award winning brews.

Tonight — apparently for one night only — you can watch a great-looking documentary called Beer Wars, on the current state of beer drinking in this Great Land Of Ours. The trailer looks pretty great, and hopefully if tonight’s event gets a big turnout, they’ll schedule another one … or get some distribution at the very least.

I can’t make it tonight, but check here for info on future screenings and whether or not there’s a theater in your neighborhood that’s showing it.
